He began playing in the Vivo Pro Kabaddi League in 2019 after being purchased by Bengal Warriors. At 77.75 lakh, he was the most expensive foreign purchase of the year. In his first game, he defeated UP Yoddha and recorded a Super 10.
He scored in both raids and defense, proving to be a great asset for his team. He is among the few PKL players to record a Super ten and a high five. When Maninder Singh, the team’s captain, dislocated his shoulder and suffered an injury during a game against Dabang Delhi. In the semifinal and championship games, he took leadership and led the team by example. Bengal Warriors also captured their first-ever PKL championship.
